Event Details

Virginia Tech University Procurement Office and the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD) present the “Selling to the Commonwealth” workshop. This 3-hour seminar is designed to educate small, woman and/or minority business owners about opportunities to sell their goods and services to the Commonwealth and local governments.

Each year the state buys goods and services totaling more than $8 billion. The Commonwealth of Virginia wants to do business with you and increase participation of small, women owned, and minority-owned businesses. This workshop will provide information about the Virginia procurement process (eVA).

If you are interested in doing business with the Commonwealth, the SBSD has a broad range of resources to help. We encourage you all to attend this great opportunity.

The workshop will be presented by Kimberly Madison, PR-Marketing Specialist of the Virginia Department of General Services.
