Event Details
Virginia PTAP and Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD) presents the “Selling to the Commonwealth” workshop. This 2.5 hour seminar is designed to educate small, woman and/or minority business owners about opportunities to sell their goods and services to the Commonwealth and local governments.
Each year the state buys goods and services totaling more than $8 billion. The Commonwealth of Virginia wants to do business with you and increase participation of small, women owned, and minority-owned businesses. This workshop will provide information about the Virginia procurement process (eVA).
If you are interested in doing business with the Commonwealth, the SBSD has a broad range of resources to help. We encourage you all to attend this great opportunity.
The workshop will be presented by Kimberly Madison, PR-Marketing Specialist of the Virginia Department of General Services.
The Virginia PTAP is located at the Mason Enterprise Center (MEC) off-campus in historic old town Fairfax and parking is free. The main entrance to the Mason Enterprise Center lobby is on South Street, please follow the posted signs to locate the class in our Conference Center.
