The goal of this program is to introduce clients to local economic development personnel and others in governmental agencies who can provide assistance to them. The speaker will share a bit about what his/her organization does and the programs they offer. The presentation by various speakers will be a half hour in length with the rest of the hour for questions from attendees to be answered by the speaker.
For this session the speaker will be Courtney Mustin, the Business Services Manager for northern and western Central Virginia, for the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity. She will explain the mission of her state agency and relate the services and programs the agency offers for start-up, emerging, and established small business owners who want to conduct business with buyers for The Commonwealth of Virginia and other public entities which utilize eVA as their procurement portal for goods and services.
