The Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity, in cooperation with Blacksburg Transit, Radford Transit, and Valley Metro (Roanoke), will be conducting an informational session for small, woman-owned and minority-owned businesses that are interested in becoming certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
At this meeting, you will learn about upcoming contracting opportunities with the three transit agencies from people directly involved with purchasing.

Representatives from Virginia Tech and Radford University will also be in attendance.

Representatives of the SBSD will explain how to become certified as DBE and SWaM.
