Accounting Is Essential to Grow Your Business

Too often, Accounting is viewed as the “boring”, “I’ll do it if I have to, but I’d rather someone else deal with the numbers while I focus on the fun stuff” aspect of running your business. Understanding your business’ numbers is essential. It is important for you to understand what goes into those extremely important financial reports that drive your business. This “hands-on” workshop will give you a richer understanding of the financial facts you need to drive your business. The topics will include: Creating Your Financial Facts; Assembling Your Financial Facts; Reporting Your Financial Facts; and More).

The presenter, Vaughan Long, is the Founder of Ally Tax & Accounting and Tax Solutions Alliance. As an Enrolled Agent, Vaughan is able to represent taxpayers before the IRS; this is the highest credential the IRS awards). He is also a member of the Richmond and National Societies of Enrolled Agents as well as the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. He has extensive tax experience and has taught for the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents (VASEA), the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and the VA Tech Tax Conference.
